All participants (except those coming from Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan) need to get Uzbek visa to visit Uzbekistan.
To get Uzbek visa one needs to apply nearest embassy or consulate of Uzbekistan.
All participants who need visa will be arranged visa approval through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan.
To do this we need the following information (to be sent to Conference Secretary):

1. Scanned copy of your national passport
   
2. Your first and last names according to passport
   
3. Citizenship
   
4. Affiliation and its address
   
5. Your position
   
6. Dates of arrival and departure
